With over two decades of experience building, leading, and coaching advisory, consulting, agency, and brokerage firms, I know how easy it is to get stuck wearing every hat: from selling and delivering to managing and firefighting. My work is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs escape that loop by using proven growth frameworks specific to boutique knowledge firms. My sole focus is helping founders and entrepreneurs build something truly team-managed, scalable, and valuable.
Outside of my work with Scale Better, I enjoy spending time with my three kids, biking, and skiing in the mountains. I am always open to connecting with professionals who share a passion for building businesses with purpose.
